A new two-storey townhouse was to be constructed on a very small block in a
small private laneway in South Yarra.
The house was to be low maintenance, economical
and make good use of available space. Also, the
client having lived in China for approximately 30 years required that the building
accord with the principles of Feng Shui. It has since been given a clean bill
of health by a Feng Shui expert.
