The brief for this project was to create a covered link between the main classroom building and the library across a play area courtyard.
The covered way was be a focus of the courtyard, which is closed in by relatively un-noteworthy classroom buildings of dark brick construction and a relatively contemporary library building of cream brick construction.
The outcome was a playful roof design, integrating the use of a multitude of different materials and colours to add vibrancy to the outdoor space.
